The rate of growth is still amazing and in many countries there are more mobile phones than people inhabitants. Almost every grown up person in the world has a mobile phone – “always on/always with me/always personal” and most are internet enabled.
Why not use this channel? This is the paradox – why is this channel not in use as much as it should? There is no doubt that all your current and future customers and clients is using the mobile phone. The question is why are you not reaching out to them in the mobile context? With the right services and activities you can expand your business scope – new services for existing users, find new users and new revenue streams. There market is there – where are you?

Start of by marketer your mobile service directly to them – from your site, via email or twitter or what ever tool you want to use.
